So I’m finally back on track with the quotes of the week! I hope you’ve all had an amazing weekend! My goals for this week are to get back in track at the gym! I’d started to stray away from my normal routine and my body definitely isn’t thanking me for it!
This weeks quote fits in with my goal this week, I’ve still been going to the gym but not half as often as I used to but the point was that I still went, I still showed up and tried not to lose some of the progress I had gained. The fact that I carried on and didn’t just stop meant I didn’t quite feel so bad! It doesn’t matter if you’ve slowed down on your goals slightly but as long as you don’t stop that’s all that matters!
