New year!

Can you believe we are now in 2019!! Feels like 2018 has flown by! Many ups and downs as with every year but the good always outweighs the bad. I love going into a new year, so many new opportunities to arise and experiences to be had. I’m not one for setting new years resolutions but rather goals to aim for, I feel they are much more achievable and realistic that way! One of my main goals this year is to eat healthier and meditate more often! I feel like they are goals that can be achieved easily enough if I put my mind to it. Another goal of mine this year is to complete a park run! For the last few months of 2018 I was aiming to take part but with various problems popping up I never got round to completing it. Hopefully growing the blog will be a major part of 2019 too!
